Toronto.com reports Shane Stephen Kirkaldy is suspected of taking dirty drawers from an organic waste bin at the side of a home between Dec. 1 and Jan. 23. The 40-year-old man was arrested shortly after 5 a.m. Saturday and charged with three counts of prowl by night and theft, as well as two counts of criminal harassment.
